SCOTT ROACH
After a ten year career working in the outdoor industry as a mountain guide, sales rep and gear tester, I decided to focus my creative skills building and designing furniture. As my design and creative muscles started to develop I naturally found myself drawn to sculpture. Here I find limitless possibilities to express my curiosity. I am fascinated with texture, and I use it in both sculpture and furniture to invite a viewer in for closer inspection.

I've been at it now since 1991 and have won several Best in Show awards at some of the top arts festivals in the country. My furniture has been exhibited in the National Museum of Wildlife Art and my pieces are found in collections across North America and as far away as Japan and the Middle East.
